Lesson 4. Words Carry Images

June 12, 2020

Lesson 4. Words Carry Images. A “Faith and Confession” school that lays an incredibly deep foundation on the Word of God. Charles Capps teaches how to activate the power of God in your life.

The words that come out of your mouth carry power—spiritual power. This is what Jesus says about it:

…the words that I speak to you are spirit and life. John 6:63

I think that sometimes we miss what He was saying. “The words that I speak are filled with spiritual life.”

That is why it is so important for us to agree with what God says and speak what He says. When we speak of “confession,” we mean agreement with what God says. Sometimes people hear the word confession and think we are talking about confessing sins. If we do sin, we should confess it before God. We are talking about agreeing with God. This is confession of the Word of God.

Words carry spiritual power. It can be fear or faith. Words convey your image to others. The Word of God conveys the image of God—the devil’s words convey the image of the devil.

If I wanted someone to picture my car, I would begin by describing it in words. Each word would carry a clear image of the car. Even now, as I speak about it, I can see its image before me. In my mind, I can walk around it. It is a mental image. I can describe it to you in such detail that when you see it, you will recognize it exactly, even if you have never seen it with your physical eyes before. My words would, so to speak, build an image of my car inside you. Through words, I conveyed its image to you.

Words are powerful transmitters. They can transmit both fear and faith. Remember what Paul said:

…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Rom. 10:17

And this is true. When Paul said this in context, he was speaking about faith in God and His Word. This is the only way faith in God comes—by hearing His Word.

This same truth also applies to faith in the devil—it comes by hearing the devil’s words. The opposite of faith is fear. And fear is faith in the devil. That is why I say that people should not take the truth and distort it. Because if you categorically claim that the only way faith comes is by hearing the Word of God, then you most likely have not understood what Paul was saying. Because by asserting this, you are saying that your faith in me will grow if you hear me.

The Same Spirit of Faith

Faith comes by hearing, and it does not matter what you hear—me, the weather forecast, or what the devil says. Faith comes by hearing. Spoken words transmit a corresponding image.

The Apostle Paul said: “...having the same spirit of faith...” (2 Cor. 4:13). Through words, you can transmit the spirit of faith. This is one reason Jesus said: “...the words that I speak to you are spirit and life.” Jesus transmitted the spirit of faith and the life that filled Him to you through the words He spoke.

Then the Apostle Paul continues in Rom. 8:2.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.

How was that Spirit of life that was in Christ imparted to Him? This spirit was imparted through the Word of God that Jesus heard.

That is why Jesus so earnestly urged His disciples: “...take heed what you hear...” (Mark 4:24).

This is very important. People must be very attentive and take heed to what they hear. You should not constantly endure condemnation that you are doing something wrong, because this spirit will fill you. Even if you know for certain that it is wrong, sooner or later, it will affect you.

Some may respond to this: “You simply need to be like that smart cow that eats the hay and spits out the sticks.” It sounds good, but sometimes things happen differently. Once, we had a horse that refused to eat. We called the veterinarian. He opened its mouth, put his hand down its throat, and pulled out a large stick that was stuck there. It turned out that the horse could not eat because of that stick. And it might have died if we had not found the stick and removed it.

Some people are like that horse. They do not know how to get rid of that stick. The spirit of error also comes through words. If someone constantly reproaches you for being wrong, this spirit will fill you. Pay attention to what you hear.

Faith is the ability to grasp the Word of God.

This is a spiritual concept. And this ability comes and develops through hearing the Word of God. When you hear it for the first time, you will not necessarily accept it immediately.

If you lived in a certain denomination, you may have been taught that healing was possible in the days of the apostles. You may have been taught that baptism in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues are not for you today. If that is what you were truly taught, you will believe it. When you hear that it is for you, it will take some time before you decide whether or not to accept it. Faith must come before you grasp this Word, which is the seed of truth. And once you receive this Word into your spirit, eventually it will produce its fruit in you.

The Hearer of the Word

In Luke chapter 1, we find a classic example of a person who heard a word from God but did not accept it. Zechariah and his wife Elizabeth very much wanted to have a child. In fact, the Bible says that they prayed for a child. But they had no children because Elizabeth was barren. Then an angel appeared to Zechariah.

When Zechariah saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

But the angel said to him: Do not be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John;

And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth,

For he will be great before the Lord; he shall drink neither wine nor strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even from his mother's womb…

And Zechariah said to the angel: How shall I know this? For I am old, and my wife is advanced in years. Luke 1:12–15, 18

Let me paraphrase. Zechariah said to the angel: “How will I know that you are telling the truth? Give me a sign.” At that moment, he was not ready to accept the Word from God without a sign.

Conditional and Unconditional Promises

Some promises that God makes are conditional, while others are unconditional. Unconditional promises are those that God has declared, and they will certainly come to pass.

Many promises of the New Covenant, however, are conditional and will be fulfilled under certain conditions. There are promises that God gave to Israel and Abraham without any conditions. When God established them, He set certain principles in motion through which they can be fulfilled.

When Zechariah spoke with the angel, the angel answered him:

The angel answered him, “I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news;

And behold, you will be silent and unable to speak until the day this takes place, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their proper time. Luke 1:19–20

In other words, God knew that if Zechariah’s mouth were not closed, this promise would not be fulfilled. Clearly, this was an unconditional promise, because the angel Gabriel said: “...the words will be fulfilled in their proper time.” This had to happen, and no human being could prevent it.

God closed Zechariah’s mouth so that he could not speak until God’s promise was fulfilled. God took measures to prevent Zechariah from continuing to confess unbelief.

But many of God’s desires will not be fulfilled unless you agree with God. So many people say, “If it is God’s will, it will happen. If it is not from God, it will not happen anyway.”

But some promises will be fulfilled whether you believe them or not. Jesus will come again. You may believe it or not, but He will still come. As you can see, your faith in this does not affect His coming in any way. But there are

Things that depend on your unbelief. When it concerns God’s promises about how you can enter into and live in God’s provision, then the words you speak in unbelief directly affect what you will have. In fact, the changes for better or worse depend on you.

You can see how God works through Zechariah’s example. God declared a promise to Zechariah, but he did not receive this word. Therefore, God had to take away Zechariah’s ability to speak until what had been promised was fulfilled. Sometimes it is better for us to remain silent.

You will notice that Zechariah did not speak immediately after his son was born. His relatives tried to name his son after him, but Elizabeth said, “No, his name will be John.”

They all began arguing and asked Zechariah what he wanted to name his son.

Notice that he still could not speak.

They made signs to his father, asking what he wanted to name him. He asked for a writing tablet and wrote: “His name is John.” And they were all amazed. Immediately his mouth was opened and his tongue was loosed, and he began to speak, blessing God. Luke 1:62–64

After everything was fulfilled exactly as God intended, after they named the child John, Zechariah’s mouth was immediately opened, and he was able to speak.

The Word of God received by Mary

Let us look at another, opposite example in the same chapter. The same angel appeared to Mary.

The angel went to her and said, “Rejoice, highly favored one! The Lord is with you; blessed are you among women.”

Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God; and behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus.

He will be great and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David;

and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His Kingdom there will be no end.” Luke 1:28, 30–33

Mary did not show unbelief, but she still asked a question. She simply wanted to understand how this could happen.

Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”

The angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, the Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.” Luke 1:34–35

Notice how different Mary’s and Zechariah’s responses were.

Then Mary said: “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her. Luke 1:38

If God treats everyone alike, then why did He not make Mary mute? Because God is impartial. Why, then, did He make Zechariah unable to speak, while He did not do the same to Mary? God delivered His message through the angel Gabriel both to Zechariah and to Mary.

The whole problem was that Zechariah did not have the faith to receive what the angel told him. Therefore, God simply made it so that he could not speak.

As for Mary, she received the Word of God. She hid in her heart the Word of God that the angel had spoken to her, whereas Zechariah did not. Mary agreed with God after the angel told her that this would be the work of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the author of the Word of God. The Word of God came to Mary: “Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son”—an entirely supernatural act for her, contrary to her understanding. To many people, this seemed impossible. But the Bible says that what is impossible with man is possible with God. And what He has said will come to pass. In His words, God releases enough faith for them to be fulfilled. If you receive something by faith, it will surely happen.

Mary received the Word. Let me rephrase Mary’s response.

“You have found a woman who believed You. Let everything happen to me according to Your Word.”

Faith is the ability to receive what God has said. Mary, as it were, conceived in her spirit the Word that God had spoken to her. This is what it means to have faith in your heart: the ability to receive into the womb of your spirit what God has declared.

As soon as you do this, it will bear fruit in the real world.

This is the essence of faith as God sees it. “God sent His Word to Mary. She heard the Word, received the Word in her heart, and declared it.”

You will notice that in Luke 1:38 Mary says: “…let it be to me according to your word”. In modern language, this sounds like: “Let it be as you say.”

Now let us compare Mary’s words with Zechariah’s response. He said:

“How can I know that what you are saying is true? Give me a sign.”

Mary did not need a sign. She went to Elizabeth’s house and declared:

…for He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is His name. Luke 1:49

How did she know this? She had no physical confirmation. All she had was the Word of God. She received it. Faith enabled her to receive this Word into her spirit.

The Spirit of Life or the Spirit of Death

The Spirit of life fills the Word of God. It contains power and might to bring into action what God has said. But it must be received and hidden in a person’s spirit, in his heart.

The Word Mary heard contained life, and she received that Word. She spoke it after hiding it in her heart. Then this Word was fulfilled on the physical level.

The Word Became Flesh

This is the key to understanding how a Virgin could give birth. The Word of God is full of faith and the Spirit of life. God spoke this Word. God imparted this image to Mary. She received it within herself. She immediately began to say what God had

said to her: “Let it be to me according to your word.” When she said this, the angel departed from her because she agreed with God.

The embryo in Mary’s womb was nothing other than the Word of God. This is why so many people are confused about the virgin birth. They say that it cannot happen. They view it from a biological perspective. But this involved not only a biological beginning, but also a spiritual one. She conceived the Word of God.

Many will say, “I don’t understand how this could happen.” The apostle Peter explains it to us, saying:

Born again, not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible, through the Word of God, which lives and remains forever. 1 Peter 1:23

The Word of God is the living, eternal seed that remains forever.

In Genesis, chapter three, God prophesies about Satan’s defeat.

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel. Gen. 3:15

We all know—and medicine confirms—that a woman has no seed. It is found in males. Seminal fluid contains seed. But here God speaks of a woman who had seed. And He knew what He was saying. What seed is God referring to when He mentions the woman’s seed? We know that in Genesis 3:15, the seed refers to Jesus. But Jesus was also the Word (John 1:1–3). He was the Word that became flesh (John 1:14). Thus, the woman’s seed mentioned in Genesis 3:15 was the incorruptible Word of God. And this is the same seed Peter speaks of in his first epistle, in verse 23.

Mary conceived the Word in her spirit, and it produced a result on the physical level.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten Son from the Father. John 1:14

One translation reads: the word was clothed in flesh. It was the seed God gave to a woman. It was hidden in her heart (spirit) and manifested in her physical body.

I believe that any believer who receives the Word of God concerning any promise of God in the New Testament (a promise that applies to our time) will be able to see it fulfilled if they hide it in their heart and become, in a sense, pregnant with it.

Notice that this did not happen to Mary overnight. It was a lengthy process. A certain period of time passed.

This is a process. Confessing the Word of God is a process. It is a way of life.

It takes a great deal of time to build your faith.

Some people start too late—when it becomes a matter of life and death. If doctors can help you, do not condemn yourself; go to one. God wants you to be alive and healthy. If medication helps you, do not be afraid to obtain it. Get well. Take the Word and prevent the next attack through the Word of God and your faith.

This is the essence of what I teach: confessing the Word of God is the process of forming it in your spirit. You need to do this continually. After some time, it will produce results.

Financial Example

I believe that, as a believer, you are able to receive the Word of God concerning finances as well. Begin by being faithful to the promise: “Give, and it will be given to you.” Then, after you begin giving, confess this every day:

“And it will be given to me: a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be poured into my lap. I sow generously, and I will reap generously. My God is able to bless me abundantly, so that, always having all I need in everything, I may abound in every good work” (Luke 6:38; 2 Corinthians 9:6, 8).

By doing this, you transfer into your spirit the image of how God sees you. This is how faith begins to come. You receive the spirit of life for this promise. This promise will have no life if it is merely written on paper. It will not be fulfilled while it remains on your bookshelf. It will enter you when you speak it. The spirit of life filling the Word, once hidden in your heart, prompts the promise to be fulfilled in your real life.

Through it, things will happen that would never have happened if you had not received their image into your spirit.

The Image of the Holy Spirit

Any believer who receives the Word of God concerning baptism in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, and hides it in their heart, will receive the fulfillment of this promise. The Holy Spirit will manifest Himself through the believer’s spirit in prayer in tongues.

The Holy Spirit comes when we exercise faith. Salvation comes in the same way. The same applies to healing. This is the way God’s promises are fulfilled. First, they must be conceived in your spirit.

Everything you receive from God first comes into your spirit, conceiving faith.

The Womb of the Spirit

Many believe that a person’s spirit is the receiving center for everything a person receives from God. First, it is necessary to receive the Word of God. Then, having been conceived, the Word acquires spiritual life in the human spirit.

But it is not a fact that this will happen simply because you once heard something or because someone said it hundreds of times. First, you need to believe in what you are saying and that it will happen. Weeks or even months may pass before your faith reaches the point at which you believe that what you confess is happening.

I am speaking about what has not yet been spoken.

The first stage of confessing the Word of God is to do a little more so that faith may come. When you first begin confessing the Word of God, you are filled with only a small amount of creative ability. People say, “I have been confessing this for three days already. I don’t understand why nothing is happening.”

This is not simply the fulfillment of your whims. It is not a formula. It is a lifestyle.

We live by every Word of God.

You take the Word of God, filled with spiritual power and the power of God, and speak it. Then the spirit filling that word enters you and begins to fill you. Your voice is heard by your inner ear, and it directs this

Word into your spirit. And as you continue confessing the Word of God, it is imparted to your spirit. Then, when it enters your spirit in abundance, your mouth begins to speak it. And when it is once again on your lips, your faith becomes much stronger (Matthew 12:34–35).

Remember that we are talking about God's promises. All the promises of the New Covenant can be fulfilled in this way. It all begins with the seed, which is the Word of the Promise itself. First, this seed enters the heart, grows, and bears fruit.

Believing God is a decision you must make

Although faith is the ability to receive the Word of God into the human spirit, you do not always feel like believing God. You need to make the decision to always believe God.

You do not make the decision to believe God simply by waking up one morning. In fact, most days, when people wake up, they think quite the opposite: “Dear Lord, I would rather not believe this today. I know that this is what Your Word says. But what I see in the real world right now does not correspond at all to Your Word. I wish I did not have to believe this.”

But you must decide to believe if you want to receive something. This means that sometimes you will have to believe even in the face of apparent defeat. Even if you are still in lack, remain steadfast in the decision you have made—to believe the promise. When everything is going completely differently from what you hoped, it is time to keep your mouth shut and believe. This is what the Apostle Paul says about it.

Let no corrupt word proceed from your mouth, but only what is good for building others up in faith, so that it may impart grace to those who hear.

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Ephesians 4:29–30

In certain situations, when you cannot agree with the Word of God, it is better simply to remain silent. But there are times when we need to make our mouths confess the Word of God in order to change the situation.

Our words should always be filled with faith, and they should impart grace to those who hear. Have you ever stopped in the middle of a conversation and asked yourself: “Who is the listener number one?”

If you look in the mirror, you will understand that you are the number-one listener. You are the first person to hear your words. First, you hear them in your head as thoughts. Then you speak them aloud.

Remember, we talked about how you heard your voice on a recording? When you heard it, you were shocked and embarrassed because it did not sound the way you thought your voice sounded. The reason is that almost all the time, you hear yourself with your inner ear. If you put on headphones and speak, your voice will seem very loud to you because you also hear it with your inner ear. And this ear conveys your voice directly into your spirit. This is how the Word of God enters your heart. That is why faith will come much faster if you declare the Word of God aloud. Your spirit will receive what you have said better and faster than what someone else has said. I can read the Word of God aloud to you, but it will not have as much effect as when you speak and declare the Word of God yourself.

Your voice, speaking the Word of God, will convey the power of faith into your spirit more deeply. That is why the Book of Proverbs says: “Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart” (Prov. 3:3).

When you speak the Word of God, you write it on the tablets of your heart. The psalmist David said: “…my tongue is the pen of a ready writer” (Ps. 44:1).

This is how we write the Word of God on the tablets of our hearts. This is how faith comes. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. For it to be heard, someone must speak it aloud. And if you speak the Word of God with your own mouth, this is the most effective way to receive faith. Faith will come faster if you confess the Word with your mouth.

Confession—the force of thrust

Confession is to your faith what thrust is to an airplane. Without this force, an airplane could never leave the ground. It is significantly heavier than air. You need something that will enable the airplane to take off and leave the ground. You need thrust because there is a law of lift capable of overcoming the force of gravity. The law of gravity does not stop operating when you board an airplane. During takeoff, the airplane manages to overcome gravity through the stronger combined laws of lift and thrust.

The Power of the Invisible

Here is an example of how you can use what you do not see to overcome what you do see: What if I boarded an airplane, looked at its wings, and said, “I do not see any lift on this airplane’s wing. I cannot fly on it today because there is no lift. Maybe it is simply not God’s will for me to fly on this airplane today?”

It is true that there is no visible lift on an airplane’s wing. But the wing was designed to create this force, with thrust providing propulsion during flight. But if I begin takeoff without any force, how do I know that when the airplane reaches a speed of 70 knots, there will be enough force on this wing for the airplane to leave the ground? I know this because I have faith in the invisible.

We all have faith in the unseen. And how do we acquire it? Through words. I was once told that an airplane wing is aerodynamically designed so that the air flowing around it creates lower pressure above the wing. Air flows over the top of the wing faster than underneath it, thus creating low pressure above the wing. The air beneath the wing seeks to equalize this low pressure. This creates what is called lift. And this force overcomes gravity, allowing the airplane to soar like a bird.

The point is that confession is to your faith what thrust is to an airplane. Without it, you will not be able to get off the ground.

And God chose the insignificant things of the world, the despised and the things that are not, to nullify the things that are

How did I acquire faith in the unseen laws that make airplanes fly? I did it through words. My instructor shared with me knowledge about how the laws we cannot see work. This knowledge gave me faith—faith in the unseen. And now I believe without a doubt that airplanes can fly, despite weighing many tons.

I may not understand everything about lift perfectly, but I believe in the law. At least I know that this law will work when thrust is applied.

Faith is also a law. You must have faith in the law of faith, and only then, by using confessions, will you be able to apply this law. Let me repeat myself. Confession is to your faith what thrust is to an airplane.

Without thrust, there would be no lift. Without confession of the Word of God, your faith will not be able to get off the ground.

During a flight, you can reduce the airplane's speed and decrease lift, but you will still be flying. You can sit in an airplane flying at more than 400 kilometers per hour. You can reduce the speed by half. By doing so, you will use half as much thrust, but you will still be soaring through the sky. But the speed will be only 240 kilometers per hour.

You may think that by doing this, you are saving fuel. And you decide to reduce the speed even further. By doing so, your speed will drop to 140 kilometers per hour, and you will be able to fly at the same altitude. But to do all this, you need to increase the airplane's angle of attack. All of this will significantly increase the time of your flight to reach your destination. You may even decide to turn off the engines.

Without thrust, you will plummet downward!

This is a perfect example of what can happen to your faith without confession. Remember: your faith can never rise to a level higher than your confessions.

I want to repeat this three or four times in different ways so that you do not miss what I am trying to say. Your confession is the ceiling for your faith.

Your faith cannot exceed your confession. The more you grow in confession—declaring the Word of God—the greater your faith will be in God’s provision and supply. You will not be able to do everything in one night.

Everything takes time. I did not learn to fly an airplane in one day. You need to grow in faith. You will make mistakes. It is like a child learning to walk. He falls and gets back up. He does not say, “I cannot walk. I am not going to learn. I will crawl for the rest of my life.”

No, he knows that sooner or later he will succeed. He sees others doing it.

You need to practice your faith. To do this, you need to start where you are now. You cannot start at Oral Roberts’ level of faith. You will start at your own level of faith. Confessing the Word of God is to your faith what thrust is to an airplane,

the force that enables it to take off. Without this thrust, which makes the airplane move, there will be no takeoff. Without the Word of God in you, there will be no faith.

Having faith today does not mean that you will still have it in ten, thirty days, or six months. If you cut off the supply of the Word (reduce your speed), you may be able to glide for a while. But it will not last long; you will surely fall.

One day I asked the Lord, “Why are things not going as well for me now as they did a year ago? It seems that I have to fight for what used to come so easily.”

And while I was praying in the Spirit, it came to my spirit. “You have reduced your speed.”

I asked again, “What have I done?”

God answered: “Confession is to your faith what thrust is to an airplane. But you have begun to reduce the speed of your confession.”

Then another question arose in my spirit: “What were you doing a year ago, when everything was much easier and your faith was much stronger?”

I stopped and thought. A year ago, every day I confessed the Word of God from a small booklet called “God’s Creative Power.” I did not miss a day. It was not that I was forced to do it; I wanted to fill my spirit. I did this daily, meditating on the Word of God. I said, “I stopped doing this several months ago.”

This was an answer for me. “You stopped confessing the Word of God, and your faith began to diminish. You are losing your hunger.”

The Lord said: “If you regain that hunger (confession), you will have strength again.”

And when I did what God told me, everything turned out just as He had promised. There is incredible power and ability in invisible things. Have you ever said, “I can’t believe in what I cannot see!”? In the past, I said that. But now I have great faith in invisible forces capable of abolishing what is significant while being insignificant.

And now, as I sit on an airplane, I have no doubt that the air I cannot see is flowing around the airplane’s wings (I do not understand how this happens) fast enough for the law (which I cannot see)

to cause an aircraft weighing more than two tons to soar like a bird. An invisible law abolishes what can be seen.

I simply must have faith in everything I cannot see or understand every time I sit at the controls of an airplane. Someone passed faith on to me through words. And it became part of me. You may distrust airplanes because you do not understand how they can fly. But the time will come when someone will convince you to fly by passing their vision on to you, and you will believe that person even though you still do not fully understand how it happens. But airplanes will not stop flying because of that. The principles will work even if you do not understand them perfectly.

It seems I have strayed too far from the main subject. But I sincerely hope this example will help you understand how the principle of faith works.

Developing Principles

We are talking about principles, not formulas. Confessing the Word of God is a principle that must be developed. It is not merely a formula. Confession will not work simply because you have spoken it. But by speaking it, you make it work.

It is a process. It takes time. Weeks will pass. Perhaps even months. It must become your way of life.

Frankly speaking, the first stage of confession will not have a strong effect on the problems you are facing. That will happen when you believe. By speaking the Word aloud, you strengthen your faith. But this is not merely a mechanical action; it is an act of obedience to the Word of God.

Do not repeat the mistakes of others. They say, “I am a person of faith. I am going to confess the Word of God. I am going to leave my job and live by faith.”

You may starve to death if you do this!

You don’t have to quit your job. Use your faith at work. Take the Word of God and work with it until your spirit is convinced that the Word of God is the truth for you. When you are fully convinced, this word will come to pass.

The more you develop in faith or fear, the closer you are to receiving what you expect. Some people are highly developed in the area of fear, while others are developed in faith. Remember these two points.

Fear comes from hearing the devil’s words. Faith comes from hearing the Word of God.

It is difficult to say it better than it is stated in the Book of Joshua:

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, so that you may carefully observe everything written in it; then you will prosper in your ways and act wisely. Joshua 1:8

End of lesson.
