Confessions based on the Word of God to stand against anxiety and fear. Confess them three times a day.
I am the Body of Christ, and Satan has no power over me because I overcome evil with good. (Reference: 1 Cor. 12:27; Rom. 12:21)
I am a child of God, and I have overcome Satan! He who is in me is much greater than he who is in the world. (Reference: 1 John 4:4)
I will not fear evil, because You are with me, Lord. Your Word and Your Spirit comfort me. (Reference: Ps. 23:4)
I am far from oppression, and fear will not come near me. (Reference: Isa. 54:14)
No weapon formed against me shall prosper, because my righteousness is in the Lord, and everything I do shall prosper, because I am like a tree planted by streams of water. (Reference: Isa. 54:17; Ps. 1:3)
I am free from the evil of this world because this is God's will for me. (Reference: Gal. 1:4)
I am a doer of the Word of God, and I am blessed in what I do. I am happy in what I do because I obey the Word of God. (Reference: Jas. 1:22)
I will take up the shield of faith and extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. (Reference: Eph. 6:16)
Christ redeemed me from the curse of the law, so I forbid every disease from touching my body. Every virus or bacterium that touches me dies instantly, in the name of Jesus. All organs and tissues function in perfection, just as God ordained for them. And I forbid every dysfunction, in the name of Jesus. (References: Gal. 3:13, Rom. 8:11, Gen. 1:31, Matt. 16:19)
I am victorious, and I overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of my testimony. (Reference: Rev. 12:11)
I submit to God, and the devil flees from me because I resist him in the name of Jesus Christ. (Reference: Jas. 4:7)
Forever, the Word of God is established in heaven; therefore, I establish it on earth. (Reference: Ps. 119:89)
Great is the peace of my children, and they will be taught by the Lord. (Reference: Isa. 54:13)
To control your weight, declare this three times a day
I do not want to eat excessively and gain excess weight. I present my body to God because my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who dwells in me. I do not belong to myself; I was bought with a price. Therefore, in the name of Jesus, I refuse to overeat. Body, be still, in the name of Jesus, and submit to the Word of the Lord. I put to death every desire in my body and command it to be in harmony with the Word of God. (References: Rom. 8:13, Rom. 12:1, 1 Cor. 6:19–20)
If you have material needs, declare these confessions three times a day
Christ redeemed me from the curse of the law. He also delivered me from poverty, sickness, and spiritual death. (References: Gal. 3:13, Deut. 28)
Instead of poverty, He gave me wealth; instead of sickness, health; instead of death, eternal life. (Reference: 2 Cor. 8:9, Isa. 53:5–6, John 10:10, John 5:24)
The Word of God is the truth for my life. (Reference: Ps. 118:25)
My consolation is in the Lord, and He will fulfill the desire of my heart. (Reference: Ps. 36:4)
I give, and it will be given to me: a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into my lap —my own. (Reference: Luke 6:38)
With the measure I use, it will be measured to me. I sow generously, and therefore I will reap generously. I give joyfully, and my God will enrich me with every grace, so that I will always have all I need in everything and abound in every good work. (Reference: 2 Cor. 9:6–8)
My God will supply all my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Reference: Phil. 4:19)
The Lord is my Shepherd. Though He was rich, He became poor for my sake, so that I might have abundance. He came so that I might have life, and have it abundantly. (Reference: Ps. 23:1, 2 Cor. 8:9, John 10:10)
And I, having received an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, will reign in life through the one Jesus Christ. (Reference: Rom. 5:17)
It pleases the Lord that His servant prosper, and all the blessings of Abraham are upon me. (Reference: Ps. 35:27, Gal. 3:14)
To receive wisdom and guidance, confess this three times a day
The Spirit of truth dwells in me, teaches me all things, and guides me into all truth. Therefore, I confess that I have understanding in every situation and circumstance surrounding me, because the wisdom of the Lord is in me. (Reference: John 16:13, James 1:5)
I trust in the Lord with all my heart and do not rely on my own understanding. (Reference: Prov. 3:5)
In all my ways I acknowledge Him, and He will direct my paths. (Reference: Prov. 3:6)
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me. (Reference: Ps. 138:8)
I allow the Word of Christ to dwell in me richly, with all wisdom. (Reference: Col. 3:16)
I have a good Shepherd; I follow Him and know His voice, and I will not follow a stranger. (Reference: John 10:4–5)
In Christ Jesus I have wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. I confess the wisdom of God and that I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. (Reference: 1 Cor. 1:30; 2 Cor. 5:21)
I am filled with the knowledge of God's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. (Reference: Col. 1:9)
I am a new creation in Christ, and therefore I have the mind of Christ, and the wisdom of God dwells in me. (Reference: 2 Cor. 5:17; Eph. 2:10; 1 Cor. 2:16)
I have put on the new man, who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of my Creator. (Reference: Col. 3:10–11)
I have received the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, and the eyes of my understanding have been enlightened. I do not conform to this world, but am transformed by the renewing of my mind through the Word of God. (Reference: Eph. 1:17–18; Rom. 12:2)
For comfort and strength, make this confession as often as necessary
I am growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might. (Reference: Col. 1:10–11)
I am free from the powers of darkness, and God has brought me into the Kingdom of His beloved Son. (Reference: Col. 1:13)
I am born of God and I have victorious faith. The One who is in me is greater than the one who is in the world. I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. (Reference: 1 John 4:4; 5:4–5). (Reference: Phil. 4:13)
The joy of the Lord is my strength. The Lord is the stronghold of my life. (Reference: Neh. 8:10; Ps. 27:1)
The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guards my heart and my thoughts in Christ Jesus. I think only about what is good, true, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. (Reference: Phil. 4:7–8)
I will not let any corrupt word come out of my mouth, but only what is good for building others up in faith, so that it may impart grace to those who hear. I will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom I was sealed for the day of redemption. (Reference: Eph. 4:29–30)
I will speak the truth of the Word of God in love and grow up into Christ Jesus in everything I do. (Reference: Eph. 4:15)
No one can snatch me from His hand, because I have eternal life. (Reference: John 10:29)
I allow the peace of God to rule in my heart and refuse to worry about anything. (Reference: Col. 3:15)
I keep the Word of God before my eyes, for it is life to me. In it I have found healing for my whole body. (Reference: Prov. 4:21–22)
God is for me. If God is for me, who can be against me? He has given me life abundantly, and I am a partaker of the divine nature. (Reference: 2 Cor. 6:16; Rom. 8:31; John 10:10; 2 Pet. 1:3–4)
I believe, therefore these signs will accompany me: in the name of Jesus I will cast out demons, I will speak in new tongues, I will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. (Reference: Mark 16:17–18)
Jesus has given me His authority, and whatever I bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever I loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Therefore, I command every power and authority, and the spiritual forces of darkness, to leave. They have no power against me, in the name of Jesus. (Reference: Matt. 16:19; John 16:23–24; Eph. 6:12)
I have fullness in Jesus, who is the head of every ruler and authority. I – am His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for every good work that God prepared for me to do. (Reference: Col. 2:10; Eph. 2:10)
These confessions call forth what has been promised to us. They also renew our minds, allowing our faith to grow. Be positive. Do not give up; God is always on your side.
