Healing from a Bleeding Duodenal Ulcer
My name is Nadezhda. I am a nurse by profession, but I was not a believer and always relied on medication. I developed a perforated duodenal ulcer. The surgeon said that because of the bleeding, I needed to undergo surgery; otherwise, if severe bleeding began, I could die. Whenever I ate, I experienced excruciating pain. I could eat only two spoonfuls, then I would lie down until the pain subsided. A man of God prayed for me and laid his hand on my stomach. I believed, refused hospitalization and surgery, and went home. Out of habit, I ate two spoonfuls of food—there was no pain. Then I ate some more—still no pain. I wanted to lie down, but thought, “Why? It doesn’t hurt anymore.” So everything was healed. Update. About six months later, I spoke with that woman, and she told me that she was healed and felt wonderful.
Only a Small Spot Remained from the Duodenal Ulcer
I had severe pain in the stomach area. At the hospital, I was told that if I had waited one more day, I would have ended up on the operating table. I refused surgery. People prayed for me. By evening, all the pain had gone. A follow-up examination showed that only a small spot remained from the duodenal ulcer. (Rita)
The Lord Healed Me of an Open Duodenal Ulcer
At the beginning of December 2016, I began experiencing severe pain in the area of my pancreas and stomach. During an examination, doctors discovered an open duodenal ulcer and inflammation of the stomach. My relatives urged me to go to the hospital and undergo treatment, but I refused. I attended services at Father’s Blessing Church, received prayer, drank prayed-over water, and applied cloths that had been prayed over. I also sought God myself every day. Over time, I began to feel better. At the clinic, I was given appointments for a repeat gastroscopy and an abdominal ultrasound. Bleeding from the intestines stopped
My name is Ira. My brother called me and said, “Everything is very bad—our aunt had started bleeding from the rectum.” I told him, “Give me your aunt’s phone number; I want to talk to her now. Let her hold the phone to herself, and I will pray for her healing.” I remembered a testimony at church about someone doing this with a phone.
