Once, a demon attached itself to me and constantly sent me wrong thoughts. This went on for half a day. I thought the demon would leave me alone, but everything only got worse. Then I said aloud, “Listen to me, vile spirit: if you send me even one more thought, I will take the Bible and read an entire chapter.” The thought came again. I took the Bible and read a chapter aloud. I said aloud again, “Listen to me, vile spirit: if you send me even one more thought, I will take the Bible and read three chapters.” The same thing happened. Then I read five chapters. After that I said, “Do you think you will break me? Never. But your master will punish you for helping me study the Bible and grow spiritually.” From that moment on, that demon disappeared from my life and never returned.
