Lesson 1. Kingdom Culture. This school will help you understand how the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven are structured. Teacher: the senior pastor of Father’s Blessing Church, Dmitriy Leo.

Lesson 1. Kingdom Culture

From early childhood, at school and university, through the media, books, national culture, and so on, someone shapes your thinking.

According to the worldview of this world, you are ordinary people limited by the laws of nature, physics, chemistry, gravity, and so on.

Heavenly beings think completely differently from us. In Heaven, everyone knows that nothing is impossible or difficult.

There are many limitations on earth, but none in Heaven. Heaven exists in a different reality.

The King of the Universe is on the throne, and nothing is impossible for Him.

The only problem for Heaven is cooperating with people, because people tend to sin, doubt, and make mistakes. However, Heaven will cooperate first and foremost with everyone who supports and spreads the culture of the Kingdom of Heaven.

We have a strong desire to change the world, but we cannot do it by our own strength. Something greater must come that will bring what is earthly under the authority of what is heavenly.

Wherever the Kingdom of God comes, the laws and rule of the Kingdom of God begin to operate. This is why Jesus said that we should ask the Father first of all for the Kingdom to come.

We invent strategies, but this strategy was given to us from heaven by the Lord Himself.

Matthew 6

9 Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name;

10 your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven;

We must pray for the Kingdom of God to manifest among us, and then we must spread it.

This is the best strategy for transforming people and territories. In other words, first prayer and the activation of angels, followed by our actions.

In this way, the spiritual realm prepares the atmosphere and circumstances for us, and everything becomes much more successful through it.

In Almolonga (Guatemala), people prayed for the Kingdom of God to come and transform the city. The land was healed and began producing abundant crops. Previously, farmers exported 4 containers of vegetables a month; today, they send 40 trucks a week. Crops are harvested 3 times a year, and instead of taking 60 days, vegetables ripen in 40 days.

In the village of Nataleyra (Fiji), the area changed after repentance and fasting. In the sea, where there had been almost no fish for 15 years, fire fell from heaven and the water caught fire. The sea burned within a radius of 3 kilometers, with flames rising 30 meters above the surface. People fell to the ground in fear. Then, half an hour later, the flames went out, and the sea filled with fish. That same day, 5 wells literally began gushing fresh water. Everything people plant on this land now grows in 15 days. The entire ecosystem of the area changed instantly. The trees now bear fruit 12 months a year. All the residents of Nataleyra gave their hearts to the Lord.

In other words, wherever the Kingdom of God comes, the miraculous power of God will always manifest there.

1 Corinthians 4:20 For the Kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power.

The Greek word for power here is [dunamis]—miracles, power, miraculous power.

In other words, this is an important point: the Kingdom of God is not manifested in words but in miracles. The Kingdom of God cannot be separated from miracles, and miracles cannot be excluded.

This is a test for every church and every Christian individually. Does miraculous power manifest during your ministry? If so, that is good. The Kingdom is manifesting. If not, something is wrong.

And now someone is beginning to get nervous and angry: “Miracles are not important; the main thing is to preach the Word! What good are miracles?! We can do without miracles…”

Yes, that is what we were taught and persuaded of before, but this is not the culture of the Kingdom of Heaven.

I know that miracles anger and irritate many people, but this is precisely how God reveals the Kingdom.

1 Corinthians 4:20 For the Kingdom of God does not consist in words but in power.

God desires the salvation of those who are perishing, and in this way He demonstrates that He is more powerful and stronger than all earthly idols and false gods.

This is characteristic of God; the entire Bible is full of stories about miracles. Our God is a God of miracles.

There are at least three reasons why God performs miracles

1. There are people who will not believe in any other way until they see miracles.

John 12:9 Many of the Jews learned that He was there, and they came not only because of Jesus, but also to see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 10 But the chief priests plotted to kill Lazarus as well, 11 because on account of him many of the Jews were coming and believing in Jesus.

2. Through miracles, many more people may believe than without them.

Acts 9:32 Now it came to pass, as Peter went through all parts of the country, that he came down also to the saints who dwelt at Lydda. 33 There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years and was paralyzed. 34 And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed.” And he arose immediately. 35 So all who dwelt at Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.

One real miracle can be more effective than many evangelistic efforts.

3. Miracles are a sign to sinners, atheists, and idolaters that God exists and that He is more powerful than all idols and false gods.

– The Bible tells of many such miracles.

– thousands of similar stories have occurred from the founding of the Church to this day.

Conclusions

God can do far more when we begin to think as heaven thinks.

Jer. 32:27 Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me?

Nothing is impossible for God. Amen! And this means that nothing is impossible for us, because God lives in us. It is also written:

Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

All things are possible for God, and all things are possible for the one who believes. This is how we need to think, speak, and act.

We must stop asking as those who live on earth do, and begin asking as citizens of heaven.

When we begin to ask in faith for the most incredible miracles, we will begin to see them.

  • – for amputated limbs to grow back instantly.
  • – for children to be healed of cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, multiple sclerosis, autism, and…
  • – so that adults may be freed from Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, mental disorders, and…

We were told that these were serious illnesses, and we believed it. But they are serious illnesses for medicine; for God, nothing is impossible.

We were once told that AIDS, HIV, hepatitis C, and heart defects were incurable, but we have already seen many such healings.

We were told that amputated organs would never grow back, but we have already seen many such miracles. People received new organs.

We need to stop doubting, accept new challenges, and defeat new Goliaths. In other words, we must step out in faith and overcome those kinds of illnesses that are still difficult to heal.

This is exactly how the inhabitants of heaven think.

When we say “impossible,” the angels look at one another and say in amazement: “It’s so easy. Why are they doubting? Hey! You can do this!”

Prayer on the Topic

  • – We are already seated with Jesus in the heavenly places.
  • – We have already entered the Kingdom of God.
  • – We are already subjects of the heavenly Kingdom.
  • – We will not cling to the culture of the world.
  • – We will bring the culture of Heaven into the world.
  • – Together with God, we can do anything.
  • – It doesn’t matter what the world says. The One who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world.
  • – Nothing is impossible for God.
  • – And nothing is impossible for us.

Someone once put it well.

Everything is possible. The impossible simply takes more time.

End of lesson.
