What if tomorrow you meet someone, and they come up to you as sad as Solomon and say, “I want you to know, I am full of joy.” They are full of darkness, that’s all. No, if you are full of joy, it manifests itself. When the Lord brought back the captives of Zion, we were like those who dreamed. Then our mouths were filled with laughter and our tongues with singing. The reason many people are not filled with laughter and singing is that they are still in bondage.
