I saw this scene 5–7 years ago. The vision was brief, but it left a distinct impression on me.
I saw a large modern city. The buildings rose high and were built very close together. Most of them were new, modern structures made of concrete and glass. I could see many different LED billboards displaying various advertisements. On the city streets, at intersections, and at the entrances to buildings and stores, there were various scanning devices that people approached for identification, information, or payment.
Then I seemed to rise above the city, so that I could see it from the side. To the left, I saw a highway and the fields surrounding it. I continued turning my head farther left and saw a checkpoint on the road. People in uniforms resembling those of police officers or military personnel were standing there. Beyond the checkpoint stretched a fence, exactly like those currently installed along borders, with surveillance cameras mounted on top.
I was surprised and thought: Why is there a checkpoint and a fence on the road into the city if everything is peaceful and there are no signs of military action?
My gaze continued moving to the left of the fence until I saw a forest. I saw that there were people there—many people. I moved closer to the forest (through the air) and could see everything from above. I saw signs that people were living there. They were adults and children. It was clear that they had very few belongings and were living practically in the open air, apart from stretched tarps, shields, tents, and other shelters from the rain. As I looked at this, I understood that these were people who had fled the cities hastily, taking only minimal belongings. I saw no permanent homes or structures there—only what could be carried in one’s hands or brought by car.
At that point, the vision ended.
I thought about this: The city was very beautiful and modern, but something was wrong. Something was against the people. That was precisely what forced them to abandon everything and hide in the forests.
