By breaking the rules of relationships, people create problems for themselves in life and ministry. There is no point in blaming everything on the devil if you are breaking the basic rules.
My Five Rules for Relationships
- To God, I am a son. I must relate to God as a son. As a son of God, I have unlimited possibilities in the spiritual and physical worlds.
- To the devil, I am a master. I must conduct myself toward the devil and demons as a master, not as an ordinary person. I am higher than them in the hierarchy. Commands and prohibitions are the language in which I must communicate with them.
- To people, I am a servant. It is best to be a servant to people. That means not worrying about mutual benefit, but being more self-sacrificing. This is the nature of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Serving from this position is much more pleasant and right from every point of view. For taking this position, a person will receive a great reward in heaven.
- To my wife, I am a husband. To my wife, I must be a caring and loving husband, not a minister. Ministry must not affect my family life. I must watch over this and maintain a balance between ministry and family.
- To my children, I am a father. To my children, I must be a father. I have no right to become so overwhelmed with ministries and tasks that I have no time left to raise my children. I must watch over this and devote enough time to my children.
Examine yourself: which of these rules do you often break? Then correct it.
