A phone that had not worked for two years after falling into water started working after its owner prayed as people pray during the service and turned it on.
Hair Dryer
A viewer’s hair dryer broke down; the repair shop quoted a price that made it easier to buy a new one. During an online prayer for objects, she placed the hair dryer nearby, and it started working.
Phone and Bible
A viewer wrote that his iPhone was out of battery that morning; he began reading the Bible on it, deciding to charge the phone later. When he finished reading, the battery, according to him, showed one hundred percent.
Technology in the Hands of a Repairman
The same man repairs household electronics. He repaired one sister’s washing machine, but they could not agree on the payment, and he became somewhat offended. The next day, she called: the machine was not working again. He drove 170 kilometers, inspected it as a repairman, and found everything in order, but it would not turn on. He forgave the sister, laid hands on the machine, prayed, and it started working. After that, he blessed his wife’s old smartphone, which would not charge, and it began charging. He also blessed a laptop that had not turned on for more than five years and that he considered “dead,” and it started working too. The storyteller’s conclusion: do not take offense, forgive, and pray.
