Jesus came to earth to save the lost. He used miracles so that people would believe and be saved. He performed miracles, and people came and followed Him because He confirmed His words with signs, healing the sick, raising the dead, and preaching that the Kingdom of God had drawn near. And the Lord said that those who believe in Him should do the same: lay hands on the sick, and they would be healed.
