Dmitriy Leo. God Blesses Those Who Serve Him

November 30, 2017

God calls His people to serve Him. He tells them what blessings will follow.

Since we are also descendants of Abraham, we can confess these promises and call them into our lives.

(Exodus 23:25–36) 25 Serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread [your provision] and your water; and I will remove sickness from among you. 26 None will miscarry or be barren in your land; I will give you the full number of your days.

  • the promise that He will bless sources of provision
  • the promise that He will bless sources of water
  • the promise that He will remove sickness
  • the promise that there will be no miscarriages
  • the promise that there will be no barrenness
  • the promise that it will extend to all the people who are nearby
  • the promise that there will be a land of one's own (inheritance, territory)
  • promise of longevity

We can declare this for others:

Serve the Lord your God!
And He will bless your bread and your water!
And He will take sickness away from you!
There will be no miscarriages or barrenness in your land! He will fulfill the number of your days!

Bless your children, spouses, relatives, and loved ones in this way.

We can confess this for ourselves:

I serve the Lord my God!
He blesses my bread and my water!
He takes sickness away from me!
There will be no miscarriages or barrenness in my land!
He will fulfill the number of my days!

Confess this if you are in need, ill, facing the threat of death, and so on.
