Dmitriy Leo, pastor of Father’s Blessing Church, gave 10 tips on how not to lose power and miracles in ministry.

Practice faith. Those who are afraid to try something new remain where they were.
Do not be afraid of making mistakes when it comes to miracles. Fear of false miracles will not help you see genuine miracles. Constantly being around genuine miracles develops our ability to discern counterfeits.
Allow time for the move of the Holy Spirit. The more we become absorbed in the order and organization of a service, the more we risk stopping the flow of the Spirit in the congregation.
Be clear about what you really want. If you want more people, please people; but if you want more of the Spirit, please the Spirit.
Make sure miracles do not focus people on you or on the miracles. Miracles should focus people on Jesus.
Do not identify yourself with the manifestation of miracles. You are a channel and nothing more. Humility is the best safeguard against pride and downfall.
The Holy Spirit is sensitive to the atmosphere. Unity among a team of imperfect people is better than division among a team of gifted people.
If we want everything to happen quickly during a service, we will miss many miracles. If people are in a hurry, that is their problem. Manifesting power and miracles usually requires additional time. The right atmosphere is needed.
Worship, sacrifice, and faith are the primary catalysts for activating miracles.
For miracles to continue, you must keep adding wood to the fire. It is important to connect with like-minded people and ignite one another.
